Covered outdoor kitchen by the pool: cooking area in a sheltered patio with wooden shelves
A sheltered dining area with its own kitchen
At the end of this garden, a covered dining area sits against the retaining wall. Beneath it: a dining table, wooden shelves on the wall, and a long outdoor kitchen in black (RAL 9005). From left to right: cabinet, refrigerator, drawers, Grandhall Maxim G5 built-in grill, drawers, cabinet. The refrigerator has a black front, and the countertop is made of HPL. In front of the dining area are a lawn, sun loungers, and a pool. A section of wall with natural stone strips adds an accent between the white walls.
A pizza oven on its own stand sits next to the kitchen. This keeps the countertop clear, and the oven can be moved when needed.
Why the cooking area by the pool belongs under a roof
Afternoon shade: If you grill after swimming, you won't be standing in the sun.
The dining area and kitchen are under the same roof, so plates only have to travel a few steps.
The white wall behind the kitchen reflects light, while the black fronts look crisp and understated against it.
The carcass and fronts are made of powder-coated galvanized steel, and the panels are 12 mm HPL compact laminate. The kitchen is 100% weatherproof, but the roof makes cooking more comfortable in hot weather and rain.
Planning tip: open space beside the kitchen
A pizza oven on its own stand needs floor space, but not countertop space. So leave enough free space beside the kitchen for the stand and for operating the oven. See which modules fit your layout in the Outdoor Kitchen Configurator.
