General shipping conditions of the

These General Terms and Conditions of Shipping form the basis of every contract concluded between Bizibits Sales GmbH, Wasserwerkstrasse 20, 4053 Haid, Upper Austria, hereinafter referred to as "Bio Stefan" and its customers, hereinafter referred to as "Customer".
Bio Stefan offers in particular services in the field of business management (consulting, planning and conception), in the field of marketing and web design (online marketing & sales, customer service, creation of web stores, creation and maintenance of social media presence), in the field of distribution (sales and reselling), trade and logistics (storage and fulfillment) as well as the purchase and sale of goods via the online stores operated by Bizibits, in particular on.
as well as all other webshops and trading platforms operated by Bizibits.
This is a browser-based platform on which Bizibits advertises products from itself and contractual partners and offers them for sale itself via an integrated web store. The contract language is German or English.
Shipping is free of charge from an order value of € 99,- EU* wide!
We usually ship your goods by DPD or GLS. Particularly bulky goods, such as garbage can boxes 240l, we deliver by freight forwarding. The processing time until handover to the carrier is 7-14 working days for RAL7016 Scrooge Anthracite and 4-8 weeks for special colors (everything else except RAL7016) and varies depending on the availability of goods.
*following EU countries are free shipping from €99,-:
Germany, Romania, Austria, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Italy (except islands), Croatia (except islands), Slovenia and additionally to Switzerland
However, please note in any case the corresponding information on the availability of the items in the order process. In case of delivery delays we will inform you. Despite careful stocking, it may happen that an item is sold out faster than expected. We therefore give no delivery guarantee within the period and may be delayed. The following applies: while stocks last.
The delivered items must be checked for completeness with the invoice/delivery bill and any missing items must be reported immediately by e-mail to [email protected]. If a package proves to be damaged and the contents have been damaged, we ask you to make a report to the relevant shipping service provider within 2 days.

What do I do if I notice damage in transit?
All items are checked and carefully packed by our fulfillment service provider. However, should an item arrive damaged, please have the deliverer issue a damage confirmation. Concealed transport damage must be reported within five working days of receipt of the goods (to [email protected]) Transport damage reported later will not be recognized by the transport companies. Please check the goods immediately upon receipt. If damage has occurred, please complete the attached complaint form and the damage report in full and send it by email to [email protected]
Obviously damaged shipments
In case of already externally visible damage to the shipment, you should immediately check the contents in the presence of the deliverer for completeness and, as far as possible, for perfect condition. In any case, have a damage report signed by the driver recorded immediately.
With your signature, you confirm not only the acceptance of the goods, but also the externally proper condition of the shipping packaging without any visible defects. Claims for damages arising from transport damage are excluded in this case if you do not immediately inspect the goods in the presence of the deliverer and, if necessary, record any damage in a damage report to be issued by the deliverer or refuse acceptance of the shipment due to damage.
Please note: A reservation with regard to later complaints concerning transport damage or completeness in the case of externally damaged shipments has no legal significance whatsoever.
Concealed transport damage
Check the goods for damage immediately upon receipt. Even minor damage to the pallet must be noted on the waybill in order to subsequently register any hidden defects as transport damage. Without proof, a warranty on transport damage that is subsequently reported is not possible and the carrier will no longer recognize and replace it.
In the event of hidden transport damage, please fill out the attached complaint form and send it to us by e-mail. After receipt, we will discuss the further procedure with you in a timely manner.
Do not return the goods on your own authority under any circumstances, as transport damage can then no longer be proven and you as the sender must provide proof that the damage did not occur during the return shipment, which will be difficult to prove in case of doubt. Therefore, in your own interest, we would like to urge you to follow the procedure described below.
If the parcel was sent via DPD (DPD Direct Parcel Distribution Austria GmbH):
Please inform us immediately and describe the damage as accurately as possible. In any case, keep the goods including the outer packaging and original carton for the purpose of checking the transport damage. We will then contact you immediately and, if necessary, arrange for DPD to pick up the damaged goods.
This procedure is unfortunately costly and inconvenient, however, the claims handling of the carriers requires such handling in order to make your claims.
