Setup in just a few minutes:

All Miele outdoor modules are delivered pre-assembled. You just need to connect them, hook up the power and (for grills) gas – and get started.

• Connect modules: With just a few simple steps, the modules are linked together. The cable and hose routing runs inside, hidden – preserving the minimalist look.
• Level the height: Each module has flexible adjustable feet in addition to the casters. This lets you precisely compensate for slopes up to 3.5 cm.
• Insert grill top: For the Fire Pro / Sear Pro, you place the top into the base cabinet. A few screws, instructions included in the box.
• Assemble yourself or book a service: You can install it yourself or book our service – just ask us.

Delivery time: usually 5–10 business days from order (for in-stock modules). For special models or sold-out sizes, we will contact you directly.

Shipping method: freight delivery to the curbside. Modules are delivered on pallets, carefully packed with edge protection.

Damaged delivery? Please check immediately upon receipt and contact us by phone or email (office@bio-stefan.at) – we will handle replacements without hassle.

💡 Tip: Plan the location for your outdoor kitchen before ordering. Ideal surfaces: concrete, paving stones, or terrace slabs. Gravel, soil, or pebbles are not suitable.

For the care of your Miele modules, Miele recommends the specially developed OutdoorCare products. You can get them all from us:

• Clean stainless steel: Miele OutdoorClean Steel (grill cleaner)
• Maintain stainless steel: Miele OutdoorCare Steel (care product with corrosion protection)
• Powder-coated surfaces & display: Miele OutdoorShine microfiber cloth + lukewarm water with a little dish soap - do not use abrasive agents!
• Weather protection: suitable Miele WeatherShield covers for every module
• Dishwasher safe: grill grates, zone dividers, burner protection plates, drip trays (fire grills), the Sear-Pro grate with extension, cast pot holders of the cook module, and all stainless steel accessories. Also the glass shelves of the cool module - after removing the stainless steel trim strips.

2 years standard warranty on all modules and grills.

Additional 10 years warranty on key components of the Fire gas grills with proper use: main burners, grill grates, heat shields, burner protection plates, zone dividers.

Miele customer service directly reachable – if you have questions or complaints, we work together with Miele to find a quick solution.

Expansion possible at any time: The Dreams modules are compatible – you can add, replace, or recombine later. Your kitchen grows with you.

Practically unlimited. The Miele outdoor kitchen Dreams is fully modular – you can combine modules as you like. For inspiration, you’ll find 6 pre-configured setups in the shop – or you can combine the outdoor kitchen modules completely individually and create your dream Miele outdoor kitchen. We’re happy to assist you with this too!

Yes, all modules are delivered pre-assembled. You just need to connect them, hook up the power and (for gas grills) the gas. For the Fire-Pro / Sear-Pro, the top is inserted into the base cabinet. You can easily do the installation yourself.

Payment is possible via PayPal, IDEAL, EPS bank transfer, Bancontact, or credit card (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX). You are also welcome to contact us directly and request an invoice.

Note: Even for self-pickup, please order in advance and pay through the webshop. Cash payment is not possible.

We offer the option of bank transfer with deposit:
50% deposit, 50% after delivery

Alternatively: Payment on delivery is possible with Klarna Buy Now, Pay Later. However, Klarna has a limit of around 4,000-5,000 euros, which varies from customer to customer and over which we unfortunately have no control.

Attention: For the invoice payment option with Klarna, the payment request will be automatically sent to you 30 days after the order is received. Since the delivery time is longer, payment after receipt is not possible!

The outdoor kitchen may only be used in an above-ground open-air setting with natural ventilation – no stagnant air, so that gas and combustion products are reliably vented. A roof (awning, pergola) must be at least 2.3 m high and may not be closed on more than two sides.

Optimal surface: concrete, paving stones, or solid terrace slabs. Gravel, soil, or pebbles are not suitable. You can compensate for slopes up to 3.5 cm with the built-in adjustable feet.

Yes, all materials (stainless steel, powder-coated surfaces, HPL compact panels) are designed for year-round outdoor use and have been tested for weather and UV resistance. For optimal protection, we recommend the appropriate Miele WeatherShield cover when not in use.

Yes, all Dreams modules can be combined with each other. A few functional limitations (e.g., the refrigerator should not be placed directly next to the gas grill) are documented in the respective user manual.

Yes - the Dreams line remains in the range and can be expanded at any time. You buy a Cook module today and add a Cool or a Wash next year. The modules are fully compatible.
