BIO Stefan Garbage can boxes are delivered in flat packs for transportation. You can easily transport them in a car (e.g. Audi A4 estate car).

Design Akzent is the individual line of BIO Stefan garbage can boxes and is reflected in the selection of hand-picked colors. Wooden garbage can boxes can also be purchased here, although in this case the wood is an imitation. Based on thorough research, the color spectrum includes a wide range of colors:

Yes, that is possible. You can place both 120 liter and 240 liter garbage cans in a Dagobert garbage can box and benefit from all the functions without restriction.

However, the connecting chain accessories are required.

Alternatively, you can also place different sizes next to each other.

Placing 120l garbage cans in a 240 bin box allows for a uniform, linear appearance. The chains that can be selected under accessories are slightly longer so that they are also suitable for 120 l garbage cans in 240 garbage can boxes.

Yes, our Dagobert can box has slats all round and no closed sides/back walls.

The outer sides of the slats are in the selected color (e.g. anthracite), but the inner sides have a light color. Take a look at our customer pictures for details!

Payment is possible via PayPal, IDEAL, EPS bank transfer, Bancontact or credit card (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX). You are also welcome to contact us directly and request an invoice.

Please note: Please order in advance and pay via the webshop, even if you are collecting the goods yourself. Cash payment is not possible.

Payment on delivery is possible with Klarna purchase on account. However, Klarna has a limit of approx. 4,000-5,000 euros, which varies from customer to customer and over which we unfortunately have no influence.

Attention: If you choose payment option invoice with Klarna, the payment request will be sent automatically 30 days after you receive the order. Since the delivery time of special colors is higher, payment after receipt is not possible!

The models Alubert, Stahlfred and Holzmichl offer height-adjustable feet that can be used to compensate for uneven surfaces.

With the Dagobert model, the surface should be as level as possible. A slight slope is not a problem. Concrete slabs or paved surfaces are ideal surfaces. Substrates such as earth, gravel or grit are not recommended.

Each BIO Stefan® can be extended with additional BIO Stefans as required. Everything is possible thanks to the modular design.

• Good service should not end with delivery. Regardless of whether the goods were damaged on delivery or whether damage occurs at a later date, we will ensure that you are helped quickly.
• You will receive immediate feedback on your request by phone or e-mail
• Defective parts are forwarded unbureaucratically via a parcel service provider
• Transport damage will be settled by us with the shipping company. Any replacement will be made independently of this
• The following is important if the shipping company delivers a damaged parcel:

1. Note on receipt of goods. The word "defective" or "damaged" in the signature field is sufficient for this purpose
